Allama Iqbal "Lab pe aati hai dua"

Another interpretation of this song was chosen by geo.tv for its farewell to viewers when it was shut down on Nov. 16, 2007, by the Dubai authorities, under pressures exercised by COAS Musharraf. But thanks to Atif Abdul-Rahman, who posted this subtitled version of the Allama Iqbal's poem in Martial Law - What can we do?, now we can access the meaning of the words. His poignant post tells us what the poem represents for Pakistanis.
